  • All pilots are FAA Certified Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilots
  • All flights drone flights carry a minimum of $1 million liability insurance (more available depending on job).
  • Silver Eye Drones LLC is registered with Skywatch.AI's UAV Insurance Platform.
  • We fly according to the most recent rules and regulations as set forth by the FAA and other regulatory agencies.
  • We can fly with LAANC (Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability system) near airports. 
  • All client information, inquiries, and resultant photos/videos are confidential and will absolutely not be shared without consent.
  • All quotes/rates will be set and confirmed by signed contract per job.
  • Waivers and contracts for flying over private property must be signed prior to flight operations.
  • We use bright orange landing pads to clearly mark the take-off and landing area for safety. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse work based on close proximity to local air traffic or airports, high winds, proximity to power lines, rain, fog, or other extreme weather conditions.
